Product Conditions & Definitions

At Solaceur, we strive for full transparency. We categorize inventory into several condition grades so you know exactly what to expect. All sales are final, AS-IS, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

New Overstock / Closeouts

Excess inventory from retailers, manufacturers, or distributors.

Very minimal defects or wear — nearly retail-ready.

100% new, factory-sealed (mostly).

Pre-Worn / Used / Lightly Used

Apparel, accessories, or goods previously used.

Must be fully functional (for electronics, etc.) if sold in this category.

May have wear, no retail tags, possible minor blemishes.

Shelf Pulls

Goods removed from retail shelves (overstock, clearance) but never used by consumers.

Often still in factory packaging or original cases.

Usually in good condition, may show minor handling signs or discount price tags.

Customer Returns

Items originally sold and returned by customers. These may never have been tested and often include a mix of working, defective, and minor cosmetic items.

A typical “working rate” may be around 60–80%, but varies widely between loads.

Could include missing parts, damaged packaging, or functional issues.

Tested Working

Goods that have been powered on and tested.

Designed to be functional and resellable after cleaning or minimal repair.

May or may not include original packaging or accessories.

Refurbished / Reconditioned

Items that have been restored, repaired, cleaned, and tested to functional condition.

Should be close to new in functionality and appearance.

Often repackaged, may carry limited warranty (if stated).

Notes & Disclaimer

Accuracy of Manifests: Our manifests are detailed and precise, but small discrepancies may occur (±1–2 units).

No Returns: Unless otherwise specified, all purchases are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns.

Risk Acknowledgment: Especially for customer returns and salvage loads, buyers must be prepared to test, repair, or liquidate parts.
